HSM acquired and joined forces with IDE3!

Last week was one of the most exciting ones in recent history for HSM – we acquired IDE3!

Through this, we strive to create new value through complementary business models, with an emphasis on a shared system of values ​​and culture that we plan to develop further. The goal of this synergy is to ensure a stronger presence and competitiveness on the European and global market.

As you know, HSM is a company with many years of experience on the market, and we excel in the distribution of solutions such as Adobe, for which we are the leading independent distributor in Eastern Europe, and in the implementation of Salesforce CRM and Google Workspace solutions, thanks to which we positioned ourselves as one of the strongest companies in the region.

That is why IDE3 was a logical choice as a partner for further growth and development, which stands out by developing its own innovative solutions, such as the FairVotes electronic voting system, as well as by specializing in areas such as IT security, which is becoming increasingly important in today’s market.

The combined company now has almost 60 employees, with an annual revenue of more than 20 million euros, and clients and partners in more than 30 countries.
