Another Salesforce event organized by HSM informatika, a Salesforce Silver Consulting Partner, was held yesterday in Hilton Garden Inn Zagreb.
Customer relations are nowadays almost as important as the product or service itself. According to Salesforce’s research on more than 6700 respondents, 79 precent of customers believe that the experience a company offers is equally important as their products and services. Moreover, 57 percent said that the experience they had with one company represents a benchmark for all the others. This clearly states that quality relationship management is of great importance.
About a hundred participants had the opportunity to attend lectures and workshops and learn more about the way companies can create the user experience for every client. They were able to see the possibilities Salesforce software and platform offer. Also, the clients who had already implemented Salesforce in cooperation with HSM informatika – Greyp Bikes, ASEE i Matison, shared their experience of using the platform.
